Most people who find their way to coaching already know something needs to change.
They just haven't been in a room safe enough to say it out loud.
Hello, my name is Patrick LaRose. I am a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and I work with people who are living smaller than they are. Not because they lack strength. Because they haven't had someone hold space for what they already know is true.
Coaching with me is not about fixing what's broken. It is about creating safety for you to hear your own voice, maybe for the first time, and to let what you find there change the direction of your life.

What Happens Inside the Coaching Conversation
It Begins with a Conversation
The coaching conversation does not begin with a plan. It does not begin with someone telling you where you should be going.
It begins with a single question, asked with real curiosity. And the only thing it asks of you is honesty — the kind you may not have given yourself permission for until now.
Your Truth Has Space to Surface
A coach does not arrive with answers. A coach arrives with curiosity and creates a space where answers show themselves.
The work happens in the depth of your response. In your willingness to get uncomfortable. In the quiet surprise of hearing your own truth out loud and realizing you meant every word.
The Discovery Belongs to You!
This is not advice. This is not therapy. This is a partnership where real work gets done — and what emerges belongs entirely to you.
Your needs. Your voice. Your understanding of what you want.
